Job Description As a People Services Associate, you will play a key role in ensuring accurate, compliant, and high-quality HR data throughout the entire employee lifecycle for the Italian organization. Working in an international Shared Services environment, you will combine HR administrative responsibilities with employee support, acting as a trusted point of contact for Italian-speaking associates while delivering an excellent employee experience. Your contribution to something big: Manage and maintain employee master data throughout the employee lifecycle, from onboarding to offboarding; Support organizational management activities, including organizational units and position management; Perform HR administrative tasks in compliance with internal policies, procedures, and legal requirements; Respond to employee inquiries through HR support channels, ensuring a customer-focused and timely service; Contribute to process documentation, continuous improvement initiatives, and system testing activities; Collaborate closely with HR teams and stakeholders in an international environment. Qualifications Education: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is an advantage. Experience: Initial experience in HR Administration, HR Shared Services, Customer Support, or a similar administrative role is an advantage. Know-how: Basic understanding of HR processes and HR information systems is a plus; Good knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook); Good digital literacy and ability to quickly learn new systems and tools. Languages: Italian – Native or fluent (mandatory); English – Good communication skills, both written and spoken (mandatory); Additional language skills are an advantage. Working Methods and Style: Structured, organized, and detail-oriented way of working; Ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment; Proactive mindset with a continuous improvement approach; Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of an international team.
