We are currently looking for a highly motivated and experienced professional to join our transformation team in the position of: Wave GBS Project Manager – HR Operations Core Responsibilities: Lead the identification and mobilization of HR project resources and operational backfills. Support the preparation and updates of the Integrated Project Plan for HR transformation waves. Coordinate and enable project meetings within the governance framework. Establish collaboration channels with HR stakeholders and project teams. Communicate and manage action plans across all HR-related stakeholders. Validate auxiliary systems used in HR operations for future setup. Collaborate with Global Process Owners to validate global HR process design. Work closely with PMO, HR Business Leaders, IT Lead, and other key resources. Oversee execution of HR-specific project activities and risk management. Report project progress to HR Business Leaders and GBS Transformation Lead. Support achievement of HR transformation business case and propose gap-closing solutions. Ensure SSC readiness for HR Knowledge Transfer and operational support. Oversee documentation completeness including HR reference materials and desktop procedures. Qualifications & Experience: Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or equivalent. 7–10 years of experience in HR operations or GBS HR departments of a major corporation. Strong project management and transformation experience in large-scale HR organizations. Advanced knowledge of HR systems and tools used in GBS environments. Business case and project controlling expertise. Hands-on experience with project management tools, including Microsoft Office. Program/project/change management certification is a plus. Previous consulting experience is an advantage. Strong relationship-building and leadership skills. Fluent in English; local language skills are a plus.
