ENOUGH ABOUT US, LET’S TALK ABOUT YOU

  • Bachelor’s Degree in engineering / Computer Science or related technical field
  • 6 + years of professional experience
  • Must have experience in CCaaS or Contact Center as a Service
  • Work Experience in Genesys Pure Connect Platform and/or Genesys PureCloud Platform
  • Hands on experience in complete Software Development Life Cycle including Requirement Analysis, System Study, Detail Design
  • Document, Code Development, Testing and Project Management.
  • Maturity to interface with Senior Leaders in the firm for deployment of our solutions.
  • Ability to represent GCC at Technology war rooms when there are outages
  • Able to proactively identify issues, underlying problems, magnitude of situations and identify potential solutions.
  • Able to work cross-functionally and to manage multiple competing tasks in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent communicator in both written and in-person collaborations
  • Strong ability to coach team members, helping them improve their skills and grow their careers

PREFERRED SKILLS

  • Experience deploying vendor/custom technology products
  • Experience in Genesys Pure Connect /PureCloud suite of products (Inbound, outbound, Routing, Multimedia & Reporting).
  • Implemented Contact Center Technologies - enhancement, upgrade and product development projects.
  • Operations management experience
