About the role The Mozn brand is alive within a plethora of stakeholder touchpoints and therefore the most suitable candidate for the Senior Business Development Executive would be driving business growth and expanding our customer base. You will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, build relationships with potential clients, and lead the sales process from prospecting to closing deals What you'll do Identify, qualify, and pursue new business opportunities across the public sector, FSI, and enterprise segments. Develop account strategies aligned with customer goals and regional market trends. Maintain a healthy pipeline and ensure accurate CRM updates and forecasting. Engage with senior stakeholders (CIOs, CROs, compliance leaders, digital transformation heads) to understand their challenges. Position AI solutions in terms of measurable business outcomes (efficiency, compliance, risk reduction, revenue optimization). Present tailored proposals, demos, and business cases that clearly show ROI and value. Understand the regulatory and risk environment in GCC markets (e.g., SAMA, CBUAE, FATF, NCA, NDMO). Articulate how AI solutions address issues like AML/KYC, fraud prevention, data privacy, and governance. Collaborate with internal experts to ensure proposals meet client compliance and data protection needs. Build long-term trusted relationships with customers and key partners. Support renewals, upselling, and cross-selling within existing accounts. Monitor client satisfaction and ensure smooth handover to delivery and success teams. Work with marketing, pre-sales, and product teams to tailor messaging for the GCC market. Share market insights, customer feedback, and competitive intelligence to influence regional strategy. Ensuring that sales and business development targets are met. Attend industry events, conferences, meetings, and networking opportunities to expand professional networks and promote the Mozn's offerings. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Engineering, or Computer Science; MBA or risk/compliance certifications are a plus. 4–8 years of B2B sales experience, preferably in AI, analytics, SaaS, or enterprise technology. Proven sales experience in the GCC with understanding of local business culture and procurement practices. Familiarity with FSI, public sector, and enterprise digital transformation. Strong consultative and value-based selling skills; ability to sell complex solutions to multiple stakeholders. English fluency required; Arabic is highly preferred Strategic thinker with the ability to identify and pursue new business opportunities. Self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to work independently or as part of a team.
