Job Description: Role Overview This role is pivotal in driving India GCC integration projects and ensuring governance, risk management, and alignment with organizational transformation objectives. The position influences cross-functional collaboration and operational excellence across India and USI teams. Strategic Impact: - Enable seamless execution of Vision 2030 initiatives. - Strengthen governance frameworks for GCC projects. - Drive operational efficiency and standardization across regions. Primary Responsibilities • Develop and maintain GCC project governance frameworks and risk mitigation plans. • Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure timely delivery of integration milestones. • Prepare executive-level dashboards and presentations for leadership updates. • Drive process improvement and standardization initiatives to enhance operational efficiency. • Monitor project budgets and resource allocation to ensure cost-effectiveness. • Facilitate stakeholder communication and manage expectations across global teams. • Implement project management best practices and tools for consistent delivery. • Identify and mitigate potential risks impacting project timelines and quality. • Support change management initiatives to align teams with new processes. • Ensure compliance with organizational policies and regulatory requirements. Qualifications & Requirements • MBA or equivalent degree in Business, Operations, or related field. • 12–16 years of experience in project management and governance. • Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills. • Proficiency in MS Project, Office, and other project management tools. • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
