Responsibilities

YOUR FUTURE DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Define and communicate the product vision: help develop a clear and inspiring vision aligned with the organization’s strategic objectives.
  • Plan major functionalities and priorities for the medium and long term.
  • Lead the realization of the roadmap by creating and managing the program backlog, including prioritization.
  • Collaborate effectively with POs and UX designers to ensure that program priorities are translated into stories ready for development by teams.
  • Measure the impact of delivered features and adjust priorities accordingly
  • Participate in integrating feedback and product analytics data into strategy
  • Work closely with development teams and other product, sales and marketing team members

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS TO BE SUCCESSFUL IN THIS ROLE

  • University degree in a related field or equivalent experience/training
  • Minimum 8 years’ experience in a similar position
  • Experience in evaluating/developing payroll, human resources and time management solutions.
  • CRM experience an asset
  • Knowledge of user research an asset
  • Customer-oriented;
  • Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage priorities;
  • Demonstrate rigor, autonomy and initiative;
  • Be a team player and comfortable in a constantly changing environment.
  • Excellent writing and communication skills;
  • Fluency in French and English;
  • Knowledge of agile and SAFe methodology.
