Description

Providing client-facing input on origination and execution across all equity issuance products across all industry sectors Liaising with equities sales, research, and trading teams to deliver capital markets advice to our corporate clients Frequent interaction with our investment banking coverage Day-to-day project management role in transaction processes, liaising with clients and other advisors Attending and presenting within team discussions and client meetings Previous experience in a top tier investment bank in either ECM, IBD, research or equity sales Excellent oral and written communication skills in English Top class undergraduate degree from a leading university or equivalent A positive, highly motivated individual who exhibits strong leadership and management qualities Strong work ethic and demonstrated commitment to excellence Strong analytical skills Project experience executing financing transactions would be beneficial Knowledge of basic accounting and financial concepts Committed to delivery of highest quality work product, strong attention to detail Proactive; self-motivated and goal oriented Ability to effectively prioritize and handle multiple tasks under tight deadlines Strong team player able to work effectively in a team environment This role is deemed as a Certified role and may require the role holder to hold mandatory regulatory qualifications or the minimum qualifications to meet internal company benchmarks.
