Description

Proven experience supporting Google Cloud Infrastructure. Design, develop, and maintain Terraform and its modules for GCP infrastructure provisioning and management. Collaborate with Data Engineers and Architects to ensure cloud resources meet data processing, security, and scalability requirements. Work closely with the Security team to ensure all infrastructure and services are compliant with organizational and regulatory standards. Monitor and optimize GCP costs, implementing guardrails and usage patterns to keep spending under control. Implement CI/CD pipelines for infrastructure and application deployments. Enable observability and monitoring across services (e.g., Cloud Monitoring, Logging, and custom alerts). Ensure GCP projects follow IAM best practices, cost optimization, and security standards. Troubleshoot issues and lead performance improvements across the platform. Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively present findings and reports at the local and senior business management level. Collaborate with key stakeholders and other enterprise architects to define the architecture domains. Assess business needs, organizational capabilities, IT processes, and translate into actionable detail level design using industry-proven architecture best practices and cloud best practices Provide guidance to subordinates, colleagues, and other stakeholders in highly complex problems and roadblocks. Able to work on On-Call rotations Able to work independently in a project scenario and recommend solutions by performing POCs. Strong in debugging and analyzing complex issues.
