We are seeking a self-motivated individual to work with our Ads Platform (Gaming) team to help drive growth and adoption of our services in the Greater China Region. You have very strong communications and interpersonal skills, are team oriented, proactive and resourceful. You have the ability to work independently to meet deadlines and can think at a high level on how to develop strategy to ensure success. DESCRIPTION Support the Platform Specialist Team with market research and customer insights, including various sources of research, client interviews and meetings. Empower the Platform Specialist Team with insights that inform and fulfill strategic objectives and goals Partner with the Platform Specialist Team to own projects from design to execution Quantify the impact of various initiatives on customer success and future opportunities Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Marketing, Sales Ops, Customer Success, Data Insights, etc. MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS Bachelor/Master student in Business Administration, Marketing, Advertising or any quantitative subject. General understanding of the digital marketing industry, especially mobile ads. Experience for project management independently or as key leading member with groups. Ability to communicate the results of analyses in a clear and effective manner both in Chinese and English. Proactive work style and creative problem solver who has the ability to balance multiple projects, demonstrating a strong work ethic. PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS Business sense and business analytic capability to solve problems and make progress. Capability for handling multiple tasks and talking with multiple stakeholders. Good at office tools Willing-to-learn attitude and self-motivated. Passionate about the Apple Brand. Strong interest in Gaming
