Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for GCSE School Teachers located in Abu Dhabi Emirate, United Arab Emirates. The teacher will plan and deliver engaging GCSE lessons aligned with curriculum objectives and school policies. Daily responsibilities include preparing lesson plans and assessments, delivering classroom instruction, managing behavior, and providing constructive feedback to students. The role involves monitoring student progress, differentiating instruction to meet diverse learning needs, and maintaining accurate records of performance. Teachers will collaborate with colleagues and school leadership, communicate regularly with parents or guardians, participate in training sessions, and contribute to extracurricular and school-wide activities as needed.

Qualifications

• Candidates should possess strong Lesson Planning and Teaching skills to design and deliver effective GCSE lessons.
• Candidates should possess solid Education and Training skills to support student learning and professional growth.
• Candidates should possess excellent Communication skills for interacting with students, families, and colleagues.
• Recognized teaching qualification or degree in Education or a relevant subject area (e.g., English, Mathematics, Science).
• Proven experience teaching GCSE or equivalent secondary school curriculum, preferably in an international or multicultural environment.
• Ability to use modern classroom technology and digital learning tools effectively.
• Strong classroom management skills and a student-centered, inclusive approach to teaching.
• Fluency in English; additional language skills are an advantage.
