THE ROLE

You’ll teach small online groups (2–5 students) in weekly evening lessons, using a proven curriculum designed to raise performance quickly. Lessons integrate exam practice and retrieval-based homework. Opportunities for more hours will open as demand grows.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

• Promote and track strong attendance across your group
• Ensure 100% weekly homework completion
• Mark homework with accurate, specific feedback
• Design and deliver homework that includes retrieval practice and addresses weaknesses
• Support students to improve their GCSE Science grade and confidence as quickly as possible
• Update trackers and lesson data after each session
• Communicate progress clearly to parents, building trust and positive referrals
