Description:

We are looking for a legal professional ready to shape corporate compliance at a strategic level. As GDPR & Ethical Compliance Officer, you will play a key advisory role, ensuring we uphold the highest standards of data privacy and ethical governance across our headquarters and affiliates. You will navigate evolving regulations, mitigate corporate risk, and guide leadership on critical compliance matters. In this role you will have the opportunity to:

  • Support of the global DPO in fulfilling his/her role and attributions;
  • Support maintenance of GDPR agenda, data privacy community across the organization;
  • Serve as a subject matter expert and a single point of contact, at local level (CZ); provide data privacy guidance, and support to any related stakeholders
  • Implement and localize data privacy related documentation and processes/workflows
  • Plan, perform and coordinate regular monitoring activity, review of the related results, the robust, time-bound remedial plans and participate on deployment of such;
  • Monitor the data privacy landscape to keep visibility on best practices, evolution, trends thereto related;
  • Support maintenance of Ethical Compliance agenda HQ and country level, and monitoring of Ethical Compliance Program.
  • Draft and/or ensure creation of internal ethical compliance documentation
  • Evaluate business activities to assess company risk areas.
  • Report and help to manage compliance risks, violations and investigations and Investigate or collaborate with other departments to direct investigation of any identified or potential compliance issues, including implementation of corrective action and discipline, as appropriate.
  • Support to the ethical compliance hotline

To thrive in this role you will need:

  • University degree (Law or Business)
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in Compliance and Experience with GDPR implementation
  • Knowledge of control and risk systems, and understanding of compliance aspects in international and transversal environment (focus on Europe region)
  • Be Process oriented, and structured and have professional and personal integrity
  • Have excellent interpersonal, and communication skills
  • Be able to manage workload and priorities
  • Fluent English and Czech required
