  • Your key responsibilities in this role will be:

Screening new Vendors towards GDPR-applicability and requirements i.e.:

  • Confirming if the Vendor is processing personal data,
  • The role of the Vendor (processors, responsible or joint responsible),
  • The need for a Data Processing Agreement,
  • The need for a Data Privacy Impact Assessment and
  • The need for a Transfer Impact Assessment.
  • Following up on Vendors that are in scope of GDPR
  • Ensuring that Vendors comply with the Date Processing Agreement, and that Vendors are audited from a risk-based approach
  • Supporting the business and audit on GDPR-matters relating to Vendors.

You will be working closely with our Data Protection Team and Data Protection Officer and other relevant stakeholders in the Information Security and Risk Management departments.

Qualifications needed to be successful in this role:

  • A bachelor’s or master’s degree in economics, law or engineering with a broad as well as in depth understanding of corporate functions
  • Experience with GDPR from a similar job position
  • Basic understanding of Category Management, Sourcing and Vendor Management processes - or interest in learning
  • Ability to create good relationships with stakeholders – internally and externally
  • Negotiation experiences with Vendors and taking responsibility for planning and executing the negotiation proces
  • English business language skills and strong proficiency herein is needed.
  • Experience from working in international organizations is an advantage, as well as the ability to network with people from different locations, across cultures and management levels
