Responsibilities

TO BE SUCCESSFUL IN THIS ROLE YOU WILL:

  • Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university or college in Engineering, Procurement, Supply Chain Management, Finance, Economics, or alternative MBA.
  • Minimum of 5 years working experience in Procurement, Operations, Supply Chain, Project Management and/or Commercial, with preferred knowledge of oil and gas products
  • Have professional proficiency in English

As a Supplier Fulfilment Specialist, you will be responsible for:

  • Supporting Suppliers execution, keeping all main metrics into the system updated, coordinating with Material Management to support Inventory Management, Sales Plan and programs for Services ODB reduction.
  • Leading Business review between BH and GE leadership on main operational KPIs.
  • Collaborating with Suppliers and supporting relevant Service Provider to ensure On Time Delivery for all documentations associated with the materials supplied.
  • Interacting with the Platform and Operating Units inside Procurement Organization and to provide regular feedback about Supplier performances to refine the Supplier strategy.
  • Partnering with Quality to support Supplier surveillance and on time issues resolution.
  • Cooperating with Logistic team to generate transportation best plan to minimize cost and improve efficiency.
  • Supporting both Vendor Recovery negotiations & results and Account Payable resolution on invoices issues.
  • Supporting key Procurement initiatives through continuous improvement projects and ensuring Supplier compliance with regulatory and reputation requirements
