Job Description Summary The GE9X FP&A Leader focuses on providing accurate financial insights, executing key processes, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive operational and financial performance. This is a unique opportunity to shape the 9X product line by developing processes early and playing a key role in ensuring the program's long-term success. This role requires strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. Job Description Roles and Responsibilities Financial Planning and Reporting Lead FP&A responsibilities for the GE9X program, including actuals, forecasts, and planning cycles Support the annual living business plan and strategy review process. Coordinate the CEO monthly close process for profit, cash, and orders. Own post-close reporting such as walk templates, wrap deck content, and ad-hoc analysis, explaining variances using operational drivers. Collaborate with cross-functional teams (e.g. PL, controllership, engineering, T&O, etc) to gather inputs and ensure alignment Communicate financial results and insights to various stake holders Data Analysis and Insights Analysis of financial data to identify trends, variances, and opportunities for improvement. Ad-hoc projects and process improvements. Create financial models and scenario analyses for operational and strategic initiatives Process building Proactively build and improve processes to support EIS Improve, automate, and de-risk reporting with a lead mindset Modeling for Sail JV Own financial model for MRO JV in Singapore. Run analysis on different scenarios, update assumptions, ensure alignment of assumptions, and collaborate across various stakeholders. Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college with 6+ years Finance experience Excellent verbal / written communication skills and ability to communicate with Senior Leaders Proficiency in financial tools and systems, like Hyperion and Excel. Alteryx experience is a plus Prior FP&A, MRO, and modeling experience a plus Desired Characteristics Flexibility to work in an unstructured and ambiguous environment, while creating process Attention to detail with high level of accuracy Analytical with ability to understand and analyze complex data and provide insights Continuous improvement mindset with interest in using Flight deck to achieve goals Strong interpersonal skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams Ability to work in a dynamic environment and manage competing priorities Additional Information GE Aerospace offers a great work environment, professional development, challenging careers, and competitive compensation.
