Formulate and drive the RIMS strategies and its implementation in a cost-effective manner in line with company policies, standards and procedures and regulatory requirement to achieve world class level of operational excellence. 1. Asset Strategy & Plan (for Design, Operation & Maintenance) Formulate and drive the development and implementation of RIMS policies, strategies, processes, tools and guidelines in line to the business objectives while ensuring standardization and integration to achieve optimum asset performance. Strategize and plan assessment/ benchmarking of plant performances and improvement initiatives to enhance plant reliability, availability, maintainability and production in cost effective manner. 2. Execute Asset Strategy & Plan Develop, manage, control and implement the planning, utilization and optimization of the reliability and maintenance Work Program and Budget 3. Compliance Drive and monitor the implementation of assurance activities while ensuring consistency and standardization across businesses in compliance with relevant standards. Ensuring compliance to asset management strategy requirement for new projects 4. Performing additional roles pertaining to specific BU/ OPU accountabilities in the areas of: * Technical Consultation/ Solutions Partner * Strategic Direction and Business Imperatives * CBM * Major Maintenance Execution & Mechanical Integrity (MI) * Terminal Operations And Maintenance Business Planning & Budget * RTS Management * Management of 3rd party Inspection Vendor and Consultancy * Institutionalizing Capabilities

Responsibilities

Formulate and drive RIMS strategies and implementation to achieve operational excellence and optimum asset performance. Manage the reliability and maintenance work program, budget, and compliance with asset management standards.
