Cow and the Moon Wollongong is a well-established, family-run gelateria specialising in artisan gelato and bespoke sweets. We’re known for our award-winning flavours and friendly service—and we’re looking for a dynamic, flexible team member to help us keep the good vibes (and gelato) flowing.
We’re on the lookout for someone who’s genuinely interested in the craft of gelato and keen to learn and grow with us. This is a float-style role, meaning you’ll work across both back of house (BOH)and front of house (FOH)—with a stronger focus on kitchen work, especially during summer.

• Produce high volumes of high-quality gelato, following recipes and instructions
• Support with gelato cake production, sweet making, and some pastry baking
• Collaborate closely with the kitchen team, store manager, and owners
• Assist with stock ordering and kitchen organisation
• Deliver excellent customer service when working front of house
• Help maintain a clean, safe, and happy work environment
