• Greeting customers warmly and creating a welcoming atmosphere.
• Assisting customers with flavor choices, explaining ingredients, and making recommendations.
• Skillfully scooping gelato into cups, cones, and other containers, ensuring proper portion control and appealing presentation.
• Operating the cash register and accurately handling cash and card transactions.
