GEM Sales Team Member
Are you a compassionate communicator with a passion for supporting others? We’re looking for a Sales Team Member to join our friendly and mission-driven team.
In this role, you’ll be the first point of contact for individuals exploring their fertility journey—helping them feel informed, supported, and confident in taking the next step.

What You’ll Do

  • Respond to enquiries via phone, email, and live chat with empathy and clarity
  • Guide prospective patients through treatment options, pricing, and next steps
  • Support each person from first enquiry through to consultation booking
  • Maintain accurate records using CRM tools like HubSpot
  • Collaborate with clinical and admin teams to ensure a smooth experience
  • Follow up with leads using personalised, thoughtful communication
  • Attend occasional outreach events or webinars
  • Work towards achievable booking and conversion goals—with full support

About You

You have:

  • Experience in sales or patient support (ideally in healthcare or wellness)
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
  • A warm, empathetic, and professional manner
  • High attention to detail and strong follow-up skills
  • Confidence using tech platforms (CRM, booking systems, etc.)
  • A track record of meeting or exceeding targets

Bonus if you have:

  • A background in healthcare, psychology, or life sciences
  • Experience in fertility, women’s health, or private healthcare
