Sales Revenue of SR 200 K General supervision over training activities General Authority over daily functional operation Manage, develop, control and sale the Technical and soft skills training activities of ALJHITCL to embed the Toyota Way culture into ALJ business processes and empower the organization to continuously strive for improving existing operational efficiencies • Develop a comprehensive training package to motivate the Technical, front line and management trainees to carry out their specific tasks, to improve their professional skills and to enhance their potentials to fulfil the needs of the business to meet guest expectation • Responsible in setting up plans utilizing the existing resources like facility, manpower and training materials in ALJHITCEL to improve the professional skills and knowledge of the ALJ Technical, nontechnical and management trainees • Oversee and control the cost of training programs within budget and establish a mechanism to assess the return of investment of each training to determine what skills programs that is increasingly in demand and important to the business. • Certification Passing Rate & Learning Experience Evaluation • Training Days and number of trainees • Average training Course cost • The job requires knowledge in principles and processes for providing customer and personal services • The job requires Basic Toyota automotive knowledge at least • The job holder requires Knowledge of business and management principles involved in strategic planning, resource allocation, human resources modelling, leadership technique, and coordination of people and resources • The job requires Knowledge of principles and procedures for personnel recruitment, selection, training and benefits, labour relations and negotiation, and personnel information systems. • The job holder has the freedom to implement a monitoring system for evaluating the effectiveness of all training and development programs • The job holder has the freedom Design a development plan to enable the capable and qualified sales and after sales service Training staff to advance their career in the training Center • The job holder has the freedom to Develop a support unit in the company in terms of training and people development by ensuring that the curricula of the training center have the competency with capable and proficient facilitators and are in line with the training needs of the operating units • In ALJHITCEL to improve the professional skills and knowledge of the ALJ Technical, nontechnical and management trainees • The job has a crucial role to ensure embedding the Toyota Way culture into ALJ business processes and empower the organization to continuously strive for improving existing operational efficiencies • The job holder has a strategic role in developing and monitoring the team while developing a succession plan within the department Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering field is preferred or Business Administration or related field 10 years of overall experience with 5 years in Training and 5 years in a managerial role • Management of Personnel Resources, Monitoring, Active Learning, Cooperation • Dependability, Stress Tolerance, Initiative, Achievement/Effort, Positive Work Attitude • Good Organizer, meticulous, Good public speaking skills and at ease in moderating with a large group, Creative and with excellent writing proficiency English / Arabic Attend and complete Certification for any TMC Training Program (TSA, TEAM21 or others) Collaboration (Mid Management)Problem Solving (Mid Management)Guest First (Mid Management)Innovation (Mid-Management)Adaptability (Mid Management)Development of Self & Others (Mid Management)Why Work for Us?
