Position Overview Shape the future of multilingual content at one of the fastest-moving global betting groups. We’re looking for an AI Content Specialist to power high- volume, multi-language content delivery through a hybrid AI workflow. If you thrive in fast-moving environments, understand how to scale content with precision, and know how to combine AI tools with strong linguistic judgment, this role is for you Produce, manage, localise, and scale content across multiple markets using a blend of generative AI, Translation Management Systems (TMS), translation memory, and automated QA. Deliver fast, accurate, consistent content across all brands and formats. You will generate first-draft copy using AI tools, run localisation pipelines, enforce tone-of-voice and terminology rules, and maintain a centralised content hub. The focus is on speed, accuracy, governance, and operational efficiency. Key Responsibilities Develop and refine prompts to generate high-quality marketing copy, content variants, headlines, product descriptions, and campaign messaging. Build and maintain a library of reusable prompt frameworks to ensure consistent tone, voice, and brand alignment across different markets, channels, and content types. Optimize prompting techniques to influence tone, format, length, compliance sensitivity, and language localization — ensuring outputs meet both creative and regulatory standards. Translate briefs and campaign goals into structured, prompt-based workflows that accelerate ideation, reduce manual writing time, and support rapid iteration. Continuously explore and test new models, plugins, and prompting strategies to improve quality, speed, and scalability — while contributing to best practices and team knowledge sharing. Generate first-draft copy using generative AI tools, following brandtone and market requirements. Create structured prompt templates for consistent tone,terminology, and messaging. Optimise prompts for clarity, accuracy, compliance, and localisationnuance. Continuously test and refine prompting strategies to improve qualityand output speed. Coordinate localisation with internal teams and external agencypartners. Maintain glossaries, style guides, and terminology rules across all brands and markets. Ensure content is aligned to local market expectations and regulatory constraints. Run QA checks (terminology, formatting, accuracy) supported by automated tools. Ensure all markets receive correct versions, updates, and approved content. Maintain strong governance across tone-of-voice, terminology, and brand alignment. Monitor throughput, turnaround time, reuse %, and translation cost metrics. Maintain a centralised content hub with visibility across all languages and markets. Keep structures, rules, and versioning clear, organised, and up to date. Support onboarding and rollout of new tools, workflows, and TMS features. Work with AI-enabled creatives to ensure copy and visuals align across campaigns and product experiences Requirements Strong written communication skills with a focus on clarity, accuracy, and readability. Experience with localisation platforms, translation memory, and multi-language workflows Skilled in prompting, reviewing, and editing AI-generated content. Comfortable managing multiple markets and high-volume content pipelines. Experience applying tone-of-voice guidelines and maintaining content governance at scale. Ability to run QA checks with both manual oversight and automated tools. Organised, detail-oriented, and able to deliver with speed and precision.
