• Years of experience: 3–7+ years software/ML; 1–3+ with LLMs/agents. • Summary: Build agents, tools, prompts, evaluation harnesses, and integrations for the testing platform. • Responsibilities: a. Implement agents that plan, act via tools, and reflect using memory; integrate tool use APIs consistent with agentic real-time decision loops b. Develop test-generation and self-healing testing agents; implement coordination patterns across agents c. Build offline eval datasets, automated eval pipelines, and telemetry. d. Optimize prompts, model routing, and retrieval for cost/latency/quality. e. Fix AI-specific failures; collaborate in cross-functional triage with PO/QA • Technical skills: a. Python; LLM SDKs; embeddings; vector DBs; RAG; LangChain/LlamaIndex. b. CI/CD, unit/integration tests; containers; observability basics. c. Finetuning/LoRA; RLHF/RLAIF; programmatic labeling; TypeScript/Node for tool adapters Hands-on with LLMs and agentic concepts; strong Python; ML fundamentals • Domain skills: a. QA/testing tools (e.g., Playwright/Cypress, JUnit/PyTest), oracles, flaky test handling. b. Understanding of non-deterministic outputs and guardrail patterns
