THE OPPORTUNITY

EY DnA is the data and advanced analytics capability within EY Asia-Pacific, with over 500 specialist employees working across multiple industry sectors.
We implement information-driven strategies, data platforms and advanced data analytics solution systems that help grow, optimize and protect client organizations. We go beyond strategy and provide end to end design, build and implementation of real life data environments and have some of the best architects, project managers, business analysts, data scientists, big data engineers, developers and consultants in the region.
We are looking for a Generative AI Expert within the DnA team in our Singapore office. This role is offered on a full time basis.

SKILLS AND ATTRIBUTES FOR SUCCESS

  • 6–10+ years in AI/ML, with 2–3+ years working specifically on generative AI applications.
  • Strong hands-on experience with LLMs, transformers, diffusion models, and NLP/NLG systems.
  • Proficiency in Python and relevant AI frameworks (e.g., Hugging Face Transformers, LangChain, LlamaIndex).
  • Deep understanding of GenAI architectures, prompt engineering, RAG, embedding models, and tokenization.
  • Experience deploying models using cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and containerized environments (Docker, Kubernetes).
  • Familiarity with LLMOps tools (e.g., MLflow, Weights & Biases, PromptLayer, BentoML, Ray Serve).
  • Strong client-facing and stakeholder engagement skills.
Responsibilities

YOUR KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Lead or advise on the strategy, design, and implementation of GenAI solutions for enterprise use cases (e.g., copilots, content generation, knowledge assistants, etc.).
  • Collaborate with data scientists, engineers, designers, and business stakeholders to translate requirements into GenAI applications.
  • Work with and fine-tune LLMs (e.g., OpenAI GPT, Claude, Mistral, LLaMA), diffusion models, and multimodal systems
  • Build or guide the development of prompt engineering, RAG pipelines, LLMOps workflows, and model evaluations.
  • Drive proofs of concept, pilots, and scaled deployments of generative AI solutions.
  • Maintain awareness of emerging GenAI models, frameworks, ethical guidelines, and industry use cases.
  • Provide technical leadership, mentorship, and support to junior team members
  • Lead or contribute to client presentations, proposals, and workshops.

TO QUALIFY FOR THE ROLE, YOU MUST HAVE

  • Master’s or PhD in Computer Science, AI/ML, Data Science, or related fields.
  • Prior consulting experience or experience leading enterprise AI engagements.
  • Exposure to ethical AI, data privacy, and AI governance practices
