As part of the Data and Analytics team you will lead the design and governance of frontend architecture, securing quality user experiences across applications. As a Manager, you will motivate and inspire your team, leveraging their unique strengths to deliver exceptional results while managing client accounts and driving strategic initiatives. Responsibilities - Lead the design and governance of frontend architecture, establishing standards for component libraries, design systems, and UI frameworks (React, Angular, Vue.js) to ensure consistent, accessible user interfaces across teams. -Define and enforce AI experience design standards focusing on conversational UX, transparency, explainability, and human-in-the-loop workflows for intuitive and trustworthy GenAI applications. -Architect and govern scalable, secure backend systems and APIs (Node.js, Java Spring Boot, Python), including secure coding practices (OAuth 2.0, JWT, RBAC), data privacy compliance (GDPR, DPDP Act), and database architecture across SQL and NoSQL systems. -Partner with product management to align technical delivery with product roadmaps, provide feasibility and risk assessments, and contribute to cloud deployment strategies including cost optimization and scaling of full-stack infrastructure. -Lead and develop a diverse engineering team fostering collaboration, continuous improvement, and cross-functional skill development through knowledge sharing and internal learning initiatives. -Maintain expertise in modern development tools, AI-augmented toolchains, and ensure governance of UX implementation standards including accessibility (WCAG) and responsive design principles across all frontend development. What You Must Have - Bachelor's & Master's Degree - 8 years of experience - Oral and written proficiency in English required What Sets You Apart -Deep expertise in modern front-end technologies including React, Angular, TypeScript, component libraries, responsive design, and front-end testing frameworks like Jest, Cypress, and Playwright. -Strong knowledge of front-end performance optimization techniques such as lazy loading, code splitting, tree shaking, caching strategies, and bundle size reduction to deliver fast, responsive GenAI interfaces. -Experience with front-end state management libraries (Redux, NgRx) for handling complex, data-intensive application states in GenAI applications. -Proven capability in designing seamless integration between front-end and back-end systems via REST/JSON APIs, GraphQL, and real-time protocols like WebSockets and Server-Sent Events, including implementation of end-to-end streaming UIs for LLM-powered applications. -Skilled in driving technical alignment across front-end and back-end teams, ensuring consistency in design patterns, shared components, API contracts, and integration testing strategies. -Expertise in defining and managing CI/CD pipeline standards for front-end projects using tools like GitHub Actions, Azure DevOps, or Jenkins, and experience deploying solutions on major cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP), supported by relevant AI or solution architecture certifications.
