We’re seeking someone to join our team as a Prompt Engineer to design, test, and optimize AI prompts for diverse applications in the Human Capital Management domain, collaborating with cross-functional teams to enhance AI model performance and ensure engagement and accuracy.
In the Human Capital Management division, we provide advice and insight to attract, retain, reward and develop a talented global workforce, giving employees the support and tools they need to succeed. This is a Director level position within the Gen AI Products team, which focuses on Automation, Business process simplification, and enhancing the Employee Experience.

WHAT YOU’LL DO IN THE ROLE: -

• Design, test, and refine prompts for AI applications to ensure accuracy, relevance, and engagement.
• Collaborate with product, data science, and tech teams to align prompts with product features and user needs.
• Analyze AI-generated responses to enhance model behavior, consistency, and performance.
• Manage prompt lifecycle: continuous refinement, storage, versioning, and ensuring conformity across environments.
• Conduct A/B testing to assess and improve prompt effectiveness and response quality.
• Develop and document best practices for scalable prompt engineering and share advancements in the Gen AI space with the team.

WHAT YOU’LL BRING TO THE ROLE: -

• At least 5 years of hand-on experience building solution in Machine learning, NLP, AI applications, or related fields.
• Expertise in prompt engineering for large language models (LLMs) such as OpenAI’s GPT, Google’s Gemini, or Claude.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities to optimize AI responses.
• Excellent time management skills to juggle multiple competing priorities.
• Strong critical thinking and attention to detail.
• Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
