We are excited to share our Digital Technology (DT) team is expanding to meet growing business needs across the world. We’re making a significant investment in our people and systems to strengthen our digital foundation, drive business optimization, and enable our growth strategies. We are seeking a Senior Data Scientist within the Digital Technology team. This role is hybrid, based at our global headquarters in Allentown, PA.

EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS:

• Position requires a MS or PhD degree in Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, Computer Science, Industrial Engineering, Mathematics, Statistics or related discipline.
• 2+ years experience with the latest AI/ML technologies
• 2+ years experience in Deep Learning
• Expertise using Deep Learning in applications such as image analysis
• Experience in Generative AI including Retrieval Augmented Generation using Large Language Models
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to act as a translator of complex technical topics to simple language with business partners
• Ability to collaborate with business partners to drive adoption
• Geographic Information Systems experience is a plus
• Ability to work independently and within a team to tackle meaningful problems
• Valid Drivers’ License and good driving record required.
• We offer Visa Sponsorship, but the applicant must be a PhD graduate, which typically requires a U.S. degree.

WORK HOURS/TRAVEL REQUIREMENTS:

• Monday to Friday
• Hybrid Model: Office - Mon, Tues, Wed. WFH - Thur, Fri.
• Business Hours. Occasional early AM and later PM hours to accommodate global team meetings.
• Travel: 0% to 5% (ex. 1 or 2 conferences in a given year, visit an internal business partner)

• Foster a strong network with business and functional partners to drive AI/ML adoption
