Are you experienced in Generative AI and passionate about training others? If you have a background in designing training programs and coaching teams to use AI tools effectively, we want you to join us as a Gen AI Trainer/Coach! The Job: Training Design & Delivery Develop and deliver training sessions on GenAI platforms (e.g. ChatGPT, Stable Diffusion, MidJourney). Customise learning pathways for business functions (e.g. marketing, design, operations). Conduct live workshops, webinars, and one-to-one coaching. Curriculum Development Design structured training content, including case studies, exercises, and assessments. Keep content updated with latest GenAI tools, practices, and regulatory considerations. Stakeholder Engagement Collaborate with department leads to identify training needs. Gather feedback and adjust programmes for relevance and effectiveness. Coaching & Enablement Provide individual and group coaching on applied GenAI use. Support adoption through practical examples and productivity hacks. The Person: Minimum 3-5 years of experience in AI training or coaching, with a focus on Generative AI tools. Experience designing and delivering training programs for diverse user groups. Strong understanding of popular GenAI platforms (e.g. ChatGPT, Stable Diffusion, MidJourney). Proven experience in curriculum design, content creation, and workshop facilitation. Excellent communication and coaching skills, with a focus on practical AI applications. Ability to engage stakeholders and gather feedback to improve training programs.
