Responsibilities

Wells Fargo is seeking a highly skilled and innovative GenAI and Agentic AI Technology Architect to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for establishing architectural standards & repeatable patterns for cutting-edge AI solutions that leverage Generative AI (GenAI) and Agentic AI technologies. This role will collaborate with the GenAI Solutions Engineering team, AI Frameworks team and other divisional architects as needed to socialize and drive a consistent approach in a rapidly evolving space. This role requires a deep understanding of AI principles, strong technical expertise, and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive AI initiatives.

In this role, you will:

  • Design and develop AI architectures that incorporate GenAI and Agentic AI technologies to solve complex business problems
  • Lead the implementation of AI solutions, ensuring they are scalable, efficient, and aligned with business objectives as well as technology standards & strategies
  • Collaborate with data scientists, engineers, and other stakeholders to integrate AI models into existing systems and workflows
  • Stay up to date with the latest advancements in AI and machine learning and apply this knowledge to drive innovation within the organization
  • Provide technical guidance and mentorship to team members, fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement.
  • Develop and maintain documentation for AI architectures, processes, and best practices
  • Ensure AI solutions comply with regulatory requirements and adhere to ethical standards
  • Act as an advisor to leadership to develop or influence technical needs for GenAI and Agentic AI technologies for highly complex business and
  • Lead the strategy and resolution of highly complex and unique challenges requiring in-depth evaluation across multiple areas or the enterprise, delivering solutions that are long-term, large-scale and require vision, creativity, innovation, advanced analytical and inductive thinking
  • Translate advanced technology experience, an in-depth knowledge of the organizations tactical and strategic business objectives, the enterprise technological environment, the organization structure, and strategic technological opportunities and requirements into technical engineering solutions
  • Provide vision, direction and expertise to leadership on implementing innovative and significant business solutions
  • Maintain knowledge of industry best practices and new technologies and recommends innovations that enhance operations or provide a competitive advantage to the organization
  • Strategically engage with all levels of professionals and managers across the enterprise and serve as an expert advisor to leadership
