POSITION DESCRIPTION:

We’re seeking a dynamic and technically oriented Project Manager to lead the delivery of GenAI-focused programs. This individual will work directly with global clients—many of whom are still defining their goals—managing end-to-end delivery while guiding cross-functional teams across production, quality, and crowd operations. A strong background in project management, experience working with LLMs or GenAI products, and the ability to work intuitively in fast-scaling environments are essential.
This is a client-facing, data-driven, and solution-focused role ideal for someone with critical thinking skills, technical curiosity, and experience working in dynamic, ambiguous environments.
The Project Manager will be responsible for managing complex, coding or Agentic use-case Client projects, ensuring successful delivery while maintaining high quality standards and client satisfaction.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Proficiency with Google Workspace and Microsoft Office
  • Knowledge in SQL, Python, Java, JavaScript, C#, C++, Typescript
  • Agile/Scrum and/or PMP certification is a strong plus
  • Excellent communication in English (C1+), both verbal and written
  • Proficiency in an additional language is a plus (e.g., Spanish, Portuguese, or German)
  • Strong critical thinking, analytical skills, and autonomy
  • Comfortable navigating ambiguity and providing structure in fast-changing environments

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE:

  • Bachelor’s degree or higher in Computer Science, Business, Engineering, or a related field
  • 3+ years of project management experience in a tech or global services environment
  • Experience in managing crowd-based projects or community operations (preferred)
  • Knowledge with GenAI concepts, LLMs, or emerging AI tools
  • Experience managing cross-functional stakeholders and client accounts end-to-end
