GENAI ENABLEMENT LEAD

In this role, we are seeking a GenAI Enablement Lead who would serve as the organization’s power user, trainer, and evangelist for all things related to ChatGPT and generative AI. You’ll drive adoption, lead hands-on training, support executives 1:1, and design ideation sessions that unlock real business value through AI. This role serves s the primary driver for enabling scalable, responsible, and high-impact use of GenAI tools across Philips, working closely with cross-functional stakeholders to ensure technology adoption is aligned with business value, compliance, and user needs.
