We are looking for a skilled GenAI Engineer to join our team in Beachwood, Ohio. This is a long-term contract position where you will play a pivotal role in supporting and advancing AI-driven initiatives. Your expertise in artificial intelligence will contribute to innovative projects and solutions.

• Design, develop, and implement AI solutions tailored to meet project objectives.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for AI application.
• Optimize and maintain AI models to ensure performance and scalability.
• Conduct research to stay updated on the latest advancements in artificial intelligence and machine learning.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to AI systems.
• Analyze data to improve algorithms and deliver actionable insights.
• Document processes, models, and workflows effectively.
• Provide technical guidance and mentoring to team members on AI technologies.
• Proven experience in artificial intelligence and machine learning.
• Strong programming skills in languages commonly used for AI, such as Python or R.
• Familiarity with AI frameworks and libraries like TensorFlow or PyTorch.
• Ability to analyze and interpret complex datasets.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Strong communication skills to collaborate with diverse teams.
• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering, or a related field.
