Overview:
We are seeking a GenAI / ML Software Engineer Intern to join our dynamic team. This internship offers a valuable opportunity to gain hands-on experience in GenAI. The ideal candidate will work on various projects involving open source LLMs like Llama3, Grok, DBRX etc
Responsibilities:
- The opening is mainly to build an open source RAG system, you will be the main contributor of the task
- Connect the built RAG system with the related GenAI to support AI search enablement
- Collaborate with the development team on adopting AI search into production usage
Requirements:
- Had ML related work or academic experience before
- Took ML / GenAI courses and have fundamental machine learning basic knowledge
- At least be familiar with one of following programming language: Java, Javascript, Vue3, React, Python, C++
- Be familiar with database storage system
- Strong interest in software development, ability to work in a team environment and communicate effectively
- Proficiency in IT infrastructure such as AWS / Google Cloud is a plus
- (good to have) Had work / academic experience in RAG system already
- (good to have) Pursuing a Master or PhD degree in Machine Learning area
- (good to have) Had open source contribution experience before
