WHAT WE DO AT MEINGPT

Our goal is to make AI usable for everyone. To achieve this, we focus on three complementary areas:

• The meinGPT Platform gives everyone secure access to the most important AI models and brings together practical tools like image generation and meeting summaries in one place.
• With meinGPT Academy, we gradually introduce people to practical AI usage - through an interactive and personalized learning platform.
• In our Custom AI Projects, we develop AI solutions for more complex use cases for our customers.

TECHNICAL SKILLS

• Python (or also TypeScript) is your strength, and you apply it skillfully to build and integrate GenAI solutions
• You design and implement AI systems from scratch - from the first concept to final deployment
• GenAI frameworks and tools like OpenAI GPT, Hugging Face, LangChain, LlamaIndex, etc. are part of your daily toolkit
• You can clearly explain complex technical concepts and find the right words for non-technical stakeholders
• System architecture is your specialty: You develop scalable and robust AI solutions, including thoughtful API design

As a GenAI Solution Engineer, you’ll become part of our dev team for Custom AI Projects. Unlike our product team that develops the meinGPT platform further, you’ll dive deep into exciting use cases that can’t be solved with prompts in normal AI assistants. You’ll develop systems that intelligently use company data from CRM and ERP systems, deploy AI agents for automated internet research, and cleverly connect various services.
What does GenAI Solution Engineering mean for us? 80% Software Engineering, 20% GenAI: You start with experimental prototypes and turn them into production-ready software - with everything that belongs to it: performance, scalability, error handling, etc. You’re right for us if your GenAI applications should also go beyond Jupyter notebooks.

Here’s what you’ll concretely do in the projects:

• You design and develop customized GenAI solutions from the first idea to the finished product
• You create quick prototypes (MVPs) and refine them based on customer feedback
• You integrate state-of-the-art AI models into scalable system architectures
• You work directly with customers to translate their requirements into technical solutions

During your time with us, you’ll mainly work together with Sebastian (Head of Custom Development).
