In the GenAI area, you will collaborate closely with a diverse array of teams, including Domain Leads, Product Owners, and fellow Tribe Leads, all dedicated to harnessing the power of GenAI. Your leadership will be key in exploring and implementing groundbreaking GenAI technologies that elevate our services.

THE IDEAL CANDIDATE

We are looking for a candidate who embodies an entrepreneurial mindset and a strong commitment for GenAI. The ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications and skills:

• Extensive experience in leading teams within the AI or tech sector, with a history of delivering strategic business outcomes and managing stakeholder relationships.
• Ability to lead in a dynamic environment where strategic decisions have immediate impact on Danske Bank’s GenAI success.
• A deep understanding of Generative AI technologies and their applications, combined with the ability to cultivate a supportive environment focused on trust and empowerment.
• Experience with agile development and agile product management.
• Strong communication skills, with the ability to present and resolve issues with senior leadership effectively.

In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, aligning squad missions with the Tribe’s overall objectives, and engaging with stakeholders to ensure effective solutions are delivered. Key responsibilities include:

• Championing the Tribe’s mission by aligning with Domain Leads and promoting collaboration across diverse teams, ensuring that everyone is focused on delivering innovative solutions in the GenAI space.
• Taking on a senior leadership role with broad responsibility, requiring high commitment and the ability to perform well when challenges arise.
• Engage with senior stakeholders to gather insights and drive strategic initiatives forward.
• Taking ownership of practical, tribe-level responsibilities, such as tribe planning, backlog prioritization, reviewing reports, and ensuring the smooth operation of day-to-day activities. This includes working closely with teams to maintain alignment and deliver tangible results.
• Ensuring compliance with governance policies while managing risks associated with innovative products and services within the Tribe.
