JOB OVERVIEW

As a Care Assistant, you will play a vital role in providing compassionate and high-quality care to individuals in home care settings. QUALIFICATIONS

• Previous experience in a care home or home care setting is desirable but not essential.
• Strong communication skills in English are required for effective interaction with clients and colleagues.
• Basic IT skills for maintaining records and documentation are beneficial.
• A valid driving licence is preferred for transporting clients when necessary.
• A compassionate nature with a genuine desire to help others is essential.

• Assist clients with personal care tasks, including bathing, dressing, and grooming.
• Support clients in daily living activities such as meal preparation, medication management, and mobility assistance.

• Communicate effectively with clients, families, and healthcare professionals to ensure continuity of care.
• Drive clients to appointments or social activities as required.
