The ideal candidate will handle day-to-day accounting operations, ensure accurate financial reporting, and support month-end closing processes while maintaining compliance with hotel and Accor standards. Key Responsibilities: Prepare and record daily journal entries and account reconciliations. Assist with month-end and year-end closing activities. Review and verify invoices, expense reports, and payments. Maintain accurate records of financial transactions. Support the preparation of financial statements and management reports. Ensure compliance with internal controls and financial policies. Coordinate with other departments to ensure timely submission of documents and reports. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. Minimum 2–3 years of accounting experience in hospitality. Strong understanding of accounting principles. Proficient in MS Excel and accounting systems (knowledge of SUN or Opera is an advantage). Excellent attention to detail, organization, and time management skills. Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
