We are looking for a detail-oriented and experienced General Accountant to join our team. The ideal candidate will have 3–5 years of accounting experience, preferably within the Holiday Homes or Hospitality industry, and a strong working knowledge of QuickBooks.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• 3–5 years of proven experience in general accounting.
• Previous experience in Holiday Homes / Hospitality industry is highly preferred.
• Strong knowledge and hands-on experience with QuickBooks.
• Excellent understanding of UAE VAT laws and compliance.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.

• Manage day-to-day accounting operations, including accounts receivable, accounts payable, and bank reconciliations.
• Maintain accurate financial records and ensure compliance with company policies and accounting standards.
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
• Handle VAT filing and ensure compliance with UAE regulations.
• Monitor cash flow, budgets, and forecasts to support business decision-making.
• Coordinate with external auditors and support audit processes.
• Provide financial insights to management to improve efficiency and cost control.
