ACCOUNTANT – CONSTRUCTION

Location: UAE
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Accountant with a solid background in construction or contracting to join our growing team. This position plays a key role in managing payments, coordinating with project stakeholders, and ensuring financial accuracy and compliance.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
• Minimum 4–5 years of experience, preferably in the construction or contracting industry
• Strong knowledge of local financial practices and project accounting
• Proficient in MS Excel and accounting software (e.g., Tally, QuickBooks, Zoho)
• Detail-oriented, reliable, and able to work independently
• UAE driving license is an advantage

  Pay: AED5,000.00 - AED5,500.00 per mont

• Manage and monitor all financial aspects related to construction and project execution
• Prepare and maintain payment schedules for contractors, suppliers, and service providers
• Verify and process invoices based on work completion and approved contracts/BOQ
• Coordinate with site teams, engineers, and external vendors on payment-related matters
• Maintain accurate records of transactions and generate financial reports
• Support in budgeting, forecasting, and tracking actual project expenses
• Ensure proper documentation, compliance, and filing of financial records
