REQUIREMENTS:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• 4–5 years of experience, preferably in the construction or contracting sector.
• Strong understanding of local accounting practices and project-based financial management.
• Proficient in MS Excel and accounting software (Tally, QuickBooks, Zoho, etc.).
• High attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and ability to work independently.
• UAE driving license is an advantage.

• Oversee and manage all financial aspects related to construction projects from initiation to completion.
• Prepare and maintain detailed payment schedules for contractors, suppliers, and service providers.
• Verify and process invoices in line with work completion, approved contracts, and BOQ.
• Coordinate closely with site supervisors, engineers, and vendors on payment-related matters.
• Maintain accurate records of all financial transactions and produce periodic financial reports.
• Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and tracking of actual project costs versus budgets.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, contractual terms, and financial regulations.
• Organize and maintain proper documentation and filing of all accounting records.
