  • Role Description The Director will provide strategic leadership across Nazah’s portfolio, driving growth, brand positioning, and operational excellence. This full-time, on-site role in Dhaka, Bangladesh includes overseeing business planning, setting performance targets, and ensuring alignment with the company’s mission and long-term vision. Day-to-day responsibilities involve leading cross-functional teams, guiding product and marketing strategies, managing key stakeholder relationships, and monitoring financial performance and market trends. The Director will also be responsible for governance, risk management, and regulatory compliance, while fostering a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous improvement.QualificationsStrategic leadership, business planning, and growth management experience in FMCG, food, or beverage sectors.
  • Proficiency in brand management, product portfolio strategy, and consumer insights-driven decision-making.
  • Strong financial acumen, including budgeting, P&L oversight, forecasting, and performance analytics.
  • Experience in operations management, supply chain coordination, and quality assurance processes.
  • Ability to build, lead, and develop high-performing teams, with strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Knowledge of regulatory requirements, compliance standards, and risk management in the food and beverage industry.
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Finance, or a related field.
  • Prior experience in a senior leadership role; director or equivalent level responsibility is highly preferred.
  • Comfort working in an on-site, fast-paced environment in Dhaka, with a focus on innovation and execution.
