Job Title: General Accountant
Company: Sweet Greens Restaurant LLC
Salary Range: AED 1,500 – 2,500 (All-Inclusive Package)

QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
  • Minimum 2–3 years of accounting and/or procurement experience, preferably in the F&B/restaurant industry.
  • Knowledge of UAE VAT regulations and compliance.
  • Proficiency in MS Excel and accounting software.
  • Strong negotiation, organizational, and analytical skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple responsibilities independently and meet deadlines.

    Pay: From AED1,500.00 per month

Responsibilities
  • Manage day-to-day accounting operations, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger.
  • Prepare and maintain accurate financial records, statements, and reports.
  • Handle bank reconciliations, petty cash, and expense tracking.
  • Monitor and reconcile daily sales transactions from POS systems.
  • Assist with payroll preparation and ensure compliance with company policies.
  • Support budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow management.
  • Ensure compliance with UAE VAT regulations, filing, and reporting.
  • Liaise with external auditors, suppliers, and other stakeholders when required.
  • Maintain proper filing of financial documents for easy retrieval and audit purposes.
  • Oversee general procurement activities, including sourcing suppliers, obtaining quotations, preparing purchase orders, and ensuring timely delivery of materials.
  • Monitor stock levels and coordinate with operations to maintain sufficient inventory without overstocking.
  • Build and maintain relationships with suppliers to ensure best pricing and quality.
  • Perform other finance, procurement, and administrative tasks as required by management.
