We are currently inviting a General Accoutant to join our growing manufacturing team in our newly established facility in Vĩnh Lộc 2 Industrial Zone Park, Mỹ Yên, Tây Ninh (Formerly Bến Lức, Long An). In this position, you will: Report line: Chief Accountant | Accounting Division 1. Accounts Payable & Receivable Manage AP settlements for local vendors (raw materials) to ensure timely and accurate monthly payments. Record AP/AR transactions promptly and ensure correct accounting recognition for trade transactions. Drive efficiency in AP trade and non-trade management for local vendors. Perform AP reconciliations as required by policy (monthly, quarterly, yearly). 2. Fixed Assets Management Oversee the asset lifecycle, including acquisition, depreciation, and disposal. Conduct physical audits of fixed assets. 3. Compliance & Taxation Ensure statutory compliance with local and national tax regulations, corporate policies, and applicable laws. 4. Financial Reporting Prepare balance sheets, profit & loss statements, capital expenditure schedules, and other financial reports. 5. Process Improvement Identify and implement improvements in accounting processes. Introduce best practice tools to accelerate transaction processing and reporting. Train users and monitor new processes as needed. Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field. Minimum 3-5 years of accounting experience and proficiency with accounting software, especially Dynamics 365. Proficiency in accounting software and MS Office (Excel, Word). VAS hand-on experience and full basis knowledge is a must Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
