Description

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented General Accountant with at least 3 years of experience in the UAE market. The ideal candidate should have a solid understanding of accounting principles, excellent attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Minimum of 3 years of accounting experience in the UAE, preferably in the pharmaceutical or trading sector.
  • With minimum of 3yrs experience in Trading Industry (preferred)
  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
  • Proficiency in accounting software (knowledge of ERP systems is a plus).
  • Strong understanding of UAE VAT regulations and accounting practices.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
  • Valid UAE driving license is a must.

Responsibilities
  • Maintain and manage financial records, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies and legal requirements.
  • Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
  • Handle accounts payable and receivable functions.
  • Reconcile bank statements and company financial transactions.
  • Assist in budget preparation and financial planning.
  • Ensure timely and accurate VAT returns and tax filings.
  • Monitor and manage cash flow and internal controls.
  • Liaise with auditors and provide necessary documentation during audits.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth financial operations.
