With panoramic views and iconic design in every direction, the tower offers designer-appointed residences ranging from one to five bedrooms with stunning glass walls overlooking the Atlantic Ocean and Condado District in San Juan. As the tallest residential building in the metro area, this 250-foot luxury residential tower redefines modern island living. Key Responsibilities Manage accounting and financial systems and maintain full and accurate accounting records. Audit and reconcile Payables accounts on Balance Sheet monthly. Audit and reconcile Receivables accounts on Balance Sheet monthly. Audit and reconcile Payroll liabilities accounts on Balance Sheet monthly. Prepare a general consolidated reconciliation of all Balance Sheet accounts. Analyze clearance cash accounts. Reconcile and record reversal of cash counted from Balance Sheet account, including Over & Short account. Verify any discrepancies. Perform revenue test. Reconciliation of Operational and Accounting systems. Audit individual invoices to verify adequate tax compliance as per new regulations and reforms along with additional internal control directives. Audit individuals’ invoices and subsequent checks to verify tax withholding as per new regulations and reforms. Reconcile billing from Audio Visual of Banquets and Events, corroborate invoices and system totals. Banquets events auditing & invoicing Assistance in filing for various department areas inside accounting. Additional miscellaneous duties as requested by Management. Audit third parties’ commissions and billings.Develop and maintain positive working relationships with others, support the team to reach common goals. Ensure uniform and personal appearance are clean and professional, maintain confidentiality of proprietary information. Perform other reasonable job duties as requested by supervisors. Qualifications Hospitality oriented preferably Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or related field is preferred. General accounting knowledge, reporting skills, attention to detail, deadline-oriented, reporting research results, confidentiality, time management, data entry management, general math skills, strong organizational skills, Knowledge of Accounting standard and bookkeeping practices and procedures. Proficiency in Microsoft Office. Strong Analytical Skills. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills including good presentation and report writing skills. Understanding of GAAP (General Accepted Accounting Principles) Prioritizing and organizing a variety of tasks and responsibilities.
