We are looking for a General Part Time Accounting Clerk to join the accounting team. Qualifications: Accounting experience required Intermediate understanding of Microsoft Office Suite Intermediate user of Excel Ability to ten-key by touch Excellent organizational skills Excellent time management skills Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills Excellent attention to detail an accuracy Intermediate accounting knowledge Ability to work independently with minimal direction Ability to prioritize job duties to meet deadlines Duties & Essential Job Tasks: Back up title clerk, assisting in calling banks and out of state DOL as needed. Prepare vehicle title and registration documents for DMV processing. Verify that funds have been collected and the correct lien holder paid off before processing title applications. Submit all legal transfer work to the Department of Motor Vehicles. Compile and maintain a complete list of all outstanding title work. Report to business manager on the status of any missing or problem titles and provide a current list of outstanding titles. Reconcile accounts and schedules as directed. AR processing, collections, and reconciliation. Process car deals and all bank paperwork. Balance debits and credits for calculations on deals.
