The opportunity (Pioneer Finance Shared Services Team) This is a pioneer role within Hubexo’s newly established Finance Shared Services Centre. You’ll play a key part in building a high-performing finance operation — contributing not just to day-to-day delivery, but also to how we work, collaborate, and continuously improve. You’ll work closely with regional and global stakeholders, gain exposure to international finance operations, and grow as the SSC expands. About the role As General Accounting Service Delivery Manager, you will lead and help establish General Accounting delivery within Hubexo’s Finance Shared Services Centre. You’ll be accountable for service performance, team leadership, reporting quality, and process maturity — building a strong, standardised GA function that supports timely and compliant financial reporting. What you’ll be responsible for Service delivery Lead and manage the General Accounting team, ensuring consistent, high-quality delivery Oversee end-to-end GA processes in line with service agreements and documented procedures Ensure timely, accurate reporting aligned to monthly, quarterly, and annual close calendars Quality, controls & performance Ensure compliance with internal controls, accounting policies, and reporting requirements Track KPIs and oversee budget/resource planning to support performance targets Provide clear operational reporting and updates to stakeholders Improvement & collaboration Drive automation, standardisation, and continuous improvement initiatives Partner with Finance Operations and cross-functional teams to ensure alignment Lead capability development, coaching, and performance management across the team What we’re looking for Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field 5 to 8+ years in the Leadership role with solid Record to Report / General Accounting and/or Finance experience.
