Summary for the position Support the manager and/or team with administrative tasks in a timely manner. This position is going to add value with health and safety environment in factory and also for the office. Key responsibilities of position (Job Description) 중요 의무, 역할(직무해설) Document and Data Management Maintaining documents from the local government expectations for factory and the office Creating and updating internal document templates and forms Assisting with internal audits and data retrieval requests Environmental Supplies and Facility Management Ordering and managing environmental supplies, monitoring inventory levels Supporting facility inspections, maintenance scheduling, security and IT equipment Supporting any changes regarding on employees’ situation (New hire, Exit, Relocation, etc.) Environmental support in employees’ health and safety perspective Liaising with vendors for office equipment repairs Support for Expatriates' Daily Life and Administration Supporting foreign employees with essential administrative tasks such as residence registration, national insurance enrollment, and opening bank accounts Providing guidance on daily life matters such as housing, transportation, healthcare, and basic settlement needs Maintaining the preparation of visa documents and scheduling related appointments Tracking visa expiration dates and coordinating renewal procedures Communicating with immigration offices, local government agencies, or external legal service providers Internal and External Communication Support Handling communication with external agencies and vendors Transmitting necessary documents and announcements Coordinating courier services and document delivery Supporting preparation of email drafts or notices in Korean and English Event and Meeting Coordination Coordinating schedules, guiding business travel arrangements and meals, and booking venues Preparing meeting materials and agendas Sending calendar invites and reminders and checking on the schedules Expense and Cost Processing Support Entering vouchers, organizing supporting documents Processing employees’ health and benefit, training program registrations and cost Verifying receipts and supporting documents for reimbursement Any additional ad-hoc request from mgmt. team Supporting cross-functional tasks Providing administrative assistance for ad-hoc requests from members of the management team Responding flexibly to urgent or temporary tasks as needed by other departments Ensuring clear communication and timely execution of tasks requested by management About Us With the purpose of accelerating success for our customer, people and planet, Alfa Laval has developed products since 1883.
