Position Summary This role will be responsible for overseeing and managing all aspects of the company's general affairs functions, including providing leadership, implement operational policies and procedures to improve efficiency and productivity. Managing a team of both direct and indirect cross-functional team. Role and Responsibilities Monitor the facility management budget, resources and assets allocated to facility operations such as maintenance, repairs and renovations Manage administrative functions in office premises e.g. (Room Booking Managements, In-house Starbucks Vendor Managements, stationary, security management) Manage vendor relationships and negotiate contracts for various services related to general affairs including insurance policy management Manage a team of Executive Assistants that provide high-level support to the leadership team Provide business traveler with seamless arrangement on the travel arrangements and accommodations Manage the full spectrum of event planning and executing campaigns range from webinar, conference, town hall Coordinate reception operations and administrative procedure in the office to ensure efficiency and smooth workflow Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements related to general affairs Address the expat arrangement related matter, e.g. apartment, vehicles Responsible for logistics and general office operation, e.g. office relocation, renovation project Facilitate in Business relates license renewal and other activities relate with authority and compliance Be accountable for the budget, expenses and track regular financial reports Skills and Qualifications Bachelor's degree in business administration or a related field Minimum of 8 years of experience in managerial role managing general affairs management Strong leadership and organizational skills Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software * Please visit Samsung membership to see Privacy Policy, which defaults according to your location.
