Key Responsibilities Contribute to various projects and initiatives based on your skills and expertise. Collaborate with team members to achieve departmental goals and objectives. Assist in research, design, and customer service. Participate in team meetings and offer input on process improvements. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Finance, Energy, Economics, Environment, Earth Science-related field. Experience in renewable energy or related industries. Strong analytical skills. Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build relationships with stakeholders. Strong teamwork skills, collaborating effectively with colleagues to achieve shared goals and contribute to a positive work environment. Ability to work effectively with state and local communities.
