POSITION SUMMARY: The Assembly B position transforms raw materials and purchased parts into completed products. ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS: Installs decking. Installs Z bars and motor pod for framing. Installs carpet and trim. Loads furniture and console. Rigs consoles and installs navigation lights. Installs fencing. Installs furniture. Installs bed board. Cleans, vacuums, and wipes down boats. Stripes boat Underpinning and under looming Uses hand tools daily to complete processes. ALL OTHER DUTIES AS ASSIGNED EXPERIENCE/QUALIFICATIONS: Minimum Degree Required: High School Diploma or Equivalent Years of experience: No prior experience necessary KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITY: Ability to use hand tools Ability to work in team setting or independently Ability to understand processes and instructions Ability to adjust to all weather conditions Ability to work under boat Ability to read tape measurements Ability to read and follow standard operations processes Ability to cross train TRAVEL REQUIREMENTS: N/A PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS: Light lifting, under 20 lbs.
